The true Soul Of Black America lies within the people unified we are strong but divided we are weak and the latter is often the case you see in every ethic race there is often a united front that keeps them together which allows them to get power and maintain it through generations we on the other hand bicker over petty things step over each other and race to get power for ourselves while others have no power or wealth at all "I got mines you get yours" is our motto but we never lend a hand to the next man instead we kick a man when he down and leave him and while we have always strived to be great, we just never have really gotten there the movements have been uplifting and powerful from the fight to end slavery to the fight against police brutality we have excelled and the one thing that continues to hold us back is unity, we never unify for some reason whether it be ego, the need for total power or the lack of understanding we just don't get it, you see by nature we just don't like ourselves very much we are not comfortable in our own skin we hate the sight of blackness as we have been taught to, black is looked at as bleak, devoid of light, evil and so many other definitions If we could have been born to be any race or skin color in the world it would never be black, don't get me wrong other races dislike one another just like us but the difference is they dislike you more so in order for them to maintain power and prevent our society from being equal the stand together to make laws and polices that control every aspect of our lives this is our burden to bear we have put ourselves in this position we have no one to blame but us, I do see a light at the end of this tunnel there will come a time where we will get it together I would like to see it in my lifetime if it's meant to be hopefully I will, The Soul Of Black America is at stake I just hope we continue to fight for it.
