As we close out another Black History Month and each one going forward we can't help but to think about the sacrifices made by those that came before us and what they did to ensure that we are able to do the things that we are doing today and how are we thanking them simple we aren't, as a whole we are continuing to fail at doing what we are supposed to be doing in some cases we are doing the opposite by robbing, murdering, and turning our back on the very people who are trying to make our communities and neighborhoods safe we refuse to see the bigger picture so we continue repeating the cycle that has put us where we currently are we have to do better be better because if we don't look out for us who will.
