Human Rights for All

Just try to imagine a world where everyone had the right to live and be whatever they wanted to be what would that look like? to me it would be a much better place to live in because human rights should be the only right that is necessary, but it isn't why is this? to me there is no reason that in a supposedly civil society we should have to fight for the right to be who we are, I saw a post online the other day that referenced not being gay, or trans, or a minority but it said something to the effect of “If we just had human rights we probably wouldn't need all of the other rights” because we would know how to treat each other with the proper respect as we should and I  wholeheartedly agree I mean look at all of these right that we have to have because at some point in time every  group of people have one time or another felt discriminated against but if we had human rights to begin with these would never be issue but we don't, and we won't  and probably never will, as there is too much hatred  and bad blood that has taken place over centuries of time and of course a lot of us pay homage and respect to these people and worship them with statues and shrines as a testament to their greatness we are too busy celebrating the past while damming our future  so human rights should be the right of passage but instead it is a dream that is never fully realized.
